By accessing or using the BechoFast platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
BechoFast provides an AI-powered digital storefront platform that enables local businesses to create online storefronts, manage orders, process payments, and engage with customers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
4. Payments & Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change our fees with 30 days notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the BechoFast platform are owned by BechoFast or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
BechoFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required otherwise by law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
